"The Magna Carta arrives in Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary" - Metro News

The document is 800 years old and this original copy is in the Canadian Museum of History.

Never before has this document, which is foundational to our concept of individual freedoms, been seen in this land.

How important was it for "human rights", if, after a short while the English King rejected the document? Why did it get revived and why is it seen as being so important today?
